Every person creates the music of its own life. When we feel upset for one reason or another, it is commonly because we are in disharmony with ourselves. When we feel problems in our work or relationships it occurs because music and notes of our soul are in various pages.

What is harmony?
Harmony is connection between four constituents: what we tell, what we believe, what we sense and what we do. When there harmony is achieved, connection between our thoughts, actions and feelings.

Do you live in harmony?
Take the following areas of life into consideration and think on whether you are in harmony with all these things. To achieve harmony in your ordinary life, you should make sure that everything is all right with your job, wellness, friends, relationships, career and livelihood, spiritual and professional growth.

See if there are any disharmony in the way you think, talk and feel. For example, do you feel or think one way about finances? Is your behaviour with your colleagues in sync with the way you talkabout them to other people or think about them? In what relationships are you with your partner? Do you live in harmony? What is the music that you produced? Do you experience harmony or disharmony?

There are many people who are upset, bored, disappointed and confused. Their music is out of harmony and their life is enriched with bad notes. They are deprived from harmony.

If you are not in harmony with other people, you are not in harmony with yourself as well. When you live in harmony with yourself, you are always in accord with your colleagues and with your family.

When we are frustrated or disappointed, confused, it is more often because we experience a disequilibrium among soul, mind and body, among what we think, say and do. The disadvantage of this state of disequilibrium is that we usually make unreasonable and unhealthy life, relationship and career options and decisions. Living in disharmony, we keep thinking about different things and various thoughts are wondering in our head and live in a state of constant hesitations. Think about some options you made recently that proved to be unhealthy. Think, what you were in alignment in what you think and say, took decisions. Are you certain that your decision have been made from a place of harmony?

Each individual creates the music of their own life. The goal is that your consciousness hear and understand where there is discord. And then do everything to take measures to get rid of or reduce the disharmony in music of one’s life. What notes should be altered or discard? The one way to achieve harmony is to begin with your values. Define your life values What is really vital to you? And, what are your values that help you to live your ordinary life?
